Midterm exams are approaching, and as a freshman in college, I'm really worried about being unprepared for the exams. What should I do?

Even though I have experienced several midterm exams before, I always feel like I can't finish studying all the material, and the stress is overwhelming. What should I do?

The NTU Indigenous Student Resource Center will be organizing the "Psychodrama Workshop: Adapting to Life Stress" where students are invited to participate in interactive theatrical activities guided by Dr. Siyat Ulon and his team of assistants. This workshop aims to help participants learn how to face and cope with various stresses encountered in life, big or small.

Event Date: October 16, 2022 (Sunday) from 09:30 to 16:00 (please arrive before 09:30 for registration).

Event Venue: 2nd Student Activity Center, Rehearsal Rooms 503 and 504.

Event Facilitator: Dr. Siyat Ulon (and his team of assistants).
