"Diet" is an essential element for human survival and plays a significant role in human culture and life. With the fast pace of urban life, many people no longer pay attention to the impact of diet on themselves. The trend toward refined and fast food not only has negative effects on our bodies but also imposes a considerable burden on the environment.

In this event,we has specially invited "Small Farmer's Table" from Pingtung, to bring us a lecture on the localization of diet and the integration of indigenous culture.

The name "kakanan nua qemuma-quma" in the Paiwan language means "eating place in the field," which is the essence of the Small Farmer's Table. The studio focuses on Paiwan traditional grains and creatively uses crops from tribal small farmers for diverse culinary creations. Besides taking care of people's stomachs, it also cares for the tribe, culture, and tradition. In the pursuit of a fast-paced modern society, they have taken a different path.

In addition to providing boxed meals, this event will also include a DIY  activity.

Participating in this lecture allows you to interact with people from different backgrounds. Beyond satisfying your physiological hunger, it brings great satisfaction to the mind.
